For the mould mounting frame-cranes are used. Weight of one mould may reach some tons.
And these are the machines where the moulds are mounted in. Hot plastic comes here pressurized and under pressure it is pumped into the mould to have a ready detail.
Usually the TV cabinet consists of a rear cover and a front frame.
Making one detail takes about 2 minutes.
All production is automated, workers only watch over the equipment.
Sometimes something needs to be tightened.

The detail is ready.
A robot puts it on the conveyor and it goes to the next shop.
Plastic remains, they will be processed and grinded to be used for internal components.

Each container has wheels for easy transportation.
The robot is carrying matrixes for manufacture. It recognizes the way thanks color stripes on the floor. When the robot moves idiotic music plays.
In this shop microcircuits are produced. All the process is automated.
